Our Company and warehouse is based in Australia, orders are shipped via Australian Post and/or partner couriers and shipping companies unless organised with the Mont customer service team.
Orders shipped will in-cure local Tax.
Order delivery may take between 3-10 days or more depending on location and type of freight service requested. We are not responsible for any delays on the delivery of orders due to delays in local customs clearances or public holidays.
Export Regulations
Australian export regulations require that the exact value of the item or items is declared and that the items are identified as dutiable merchandise for customs purposes. Under the Australian Export regulations it is also prohibited to identify any order as a “Gift” and therefore we are unable to do so even if the item has been purchased with the intention of sending to a third party as a gift.

E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions: Mont E-Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. They may only be used for purchases on the mont-usa.com. Remaining credit will be stored online for your next purchase until completely redeemed. Lost or stolen E-Gift Cards cannot be replaced. E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.
