As Mont has expanded and grown so to has the way that sustainability has permeated through all parts of the Mont business, from fabric choices, to packaging and cycle to work days, sustainability touches everything we do. We are committed to making choices that reduce our overall impact, and fostering our deep appreciation of the wild places.
Carbon neutral journey
We are getting into action on a practical level, we are committed to certifying our organisation as carbon neutral under the Australian Governments Carbon Active scheme, backed by the Greenhouse Gas
Protocol.
Eden ReforestationRe-growing a forest
Since 2019 we have been planting trees for every order placed
with Mont in partnership with Eden Reforestation, we are proud to have
contributed to the regeneration and ongoing monitoring of over 241,150 hectares
of land, our partnership continues as Eden moves from tree planting into
landscape restoration to support the trees already in place and further engage
with local communities for long term ecological, social, economic, and
biodiversity benefits.

Less to landfill
As part of our commitment to reducing waste to landfill we have eliminated single use plastics from all packaging in our online store
We are dedicated to reducing plastic waste by eliminating plastics from our packaging for our online and wholesale customers.
We have transitioned to sustainable alternatives, priortising recycled
cardboard and paper based materials. All of the mailers we use a certified carbon neutral and are also home compostable we have made conscious decisions on our packaging choices.
Freight
Our journey to carbon neutrality for our business includes the transit and freight of all of our products from us to you, our end user. We are working closely with Australia post and DHL to explore options to offset the carbon footprint of our customer deliveries.
