We accept returns from customers within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. If you’re returning an item due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, Mont will cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Please refer to our return policy for more detailed information.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Returns without the original packaging may be accepted at our discretion. Please contact customer service for guidance.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to reclaim these fees by contacting your local customs office directly.

Mont will happily refund or exchange, returned within 30 days (14 days for sale items) from the date of order, providing the goods are unused and unworn.
Underwear and thermals such as boxer shorts, briefs, sports bras, and long base layers cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and hygiene regulations.Items for exchange or refund must be returned clean, free of contaminants including hair/animal fur, and in as-new condition including all boxes and packaging.
